What supplements do I take as a vegan?
– I use Vivolife perform protein daily
– The Vegan multi (linked above) : best one ever, got you covered!!
– Omega 3/ algae DHA (all above)

Choc, Coconut, Peanut Butter, Oat, Banana Pudding/Smoothie:
– 3 large medjool dates
– 2 frozen bananas
– 1 scoop cacao coconut Vivolife vegan protein (linked above)
– 1/4 cup hemp seeds
– 1/3 cup thick coconut yogurt
– 1/3 cup oats
– 2 TBSP peanut butter (I used more obvi lol)
– 1-2tsp cacao powder
– coconut milk to blend
– layer with desiccated coconut
– grab a spoon & enjoy 🙂

Creamy Red Pasta: (makes 2-3 servings)
– 4-5 large red peppers
– 5 cloves garlic
– 1/2 cup sundried (i prefer sunblush) tomatoes in olive oil
– 1/3 cup hemp seeds
– juice of 2 fresh lemons
– olive oil
– salt
– water to thin as needed (I used a bit of the tomato oil too)

The Best Parsnip Fries & Dip: (makes a huge platter for 2)
– 750 parsnips cut into strips
– 3-4 TBSP nutritional yeast
– 2-3 tsp oinion granules
– 2-3 tsp garlic granules
– salt & pepper
– olive oil
Dip:
– 1 put hummus (full fat obviously)
– juice of 1 fresh lime
– massive head of dill 🙂
