This is a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class with simple yoga postures that ancient yogis traditionally used for women’s health, regulating ovulation, and balancing the nervous system. We begin this class by calling to our child we hope to conceive and connecting with all mother figures in our lives. Then we move into gentle yoga stretches to open the pelvic region, legs, and heart center. I love this yoga class for women because it combines intention, universal connection, and physical movements to bring in more nurturing, loving, and mothering into our lives. It’s a beautiful practice that can be done daily, especially as a gentle morning routine to begin your pregnancy journey. If you are just beginning your own path to motherhood, then this is such a special way to honor that!
