❀ Dvi Pada Viparita Dandasana & Setu Bandha Sarvangasana over crossed bolsters work as regenerative alternatives for the inverted poses Salamba Sirsasana & Salamba Sarvangasana.
❀ It is very important to remember that during the menstruation women shouldn’t practice any inverted asanas or any strenuous abdominal poses which could harden the abdomen, disturb the natural blood flow & the regeneration of the uterus❗️
