This is one of my top 5 go to meals when we need a quick homemade meal. The ingredients are simple and it all comes together very quickly.

You can enjoy this beef stir fry without any guilt with only clean ingredients –and no need to spend money on takeout.

Eat with freshly steamed jasmine rice or sandwich roll.

14 – 28 oz steak, shaved or thinly sliced
6 tbs extra virgin olive oil, divided
3 tbs green seasoning, divided
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow or orange bell pepper, sliced
6 cloves garlic, minced or sliced
Sliced ginger, optional
4 scallions, sliced
Salt
Black pepper
Soy Sauce and Oyster Sauce, optional
Toasted sesame oil, 2 tbs
