I can’t count how many times students have used a “lack of flexibility” as an excuse not to try yoga. So many women ask me all the time on social media how to increase flexibility… so I created this week’s class just for you!! So here it is: the real secret to gaining flexibility. The more relaxed you are, the more flexible you are. That’s it. Flexibility will never happen for you if you push it – in fact, you could cause your muscles to become more tense if you force yourself into too deep a stretch… It’s better to surrender and let your breath gently guide you. As women, we need to relax more and receive.

My challenge to you this week is to let these things go… and do this class instead. Teach the people around you how to treat you by prioritizing your own self-care OVER your to-do list!
