I love this quick morning yoga routine because it is a killer workout that you can jump into straight out of bed. It builds heat, stretches the body, and gets the blood flowing in just a few minutes. After moving through dynamic postures, we move to the floor for some HARDCORE abdominal exercises before finally settling into a well-deserved savasana. This core workout is a great standalone class by itself or pairs well with other yoga flows, gentle stretches, or meditations as it can build the heat quickly before any grounding practices.
